Improving property requires a catalyst to integrate Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Brokerage; to obtain government entitlements and make the formula work.

The following services are available on a consulting or fee basis:

• Determine the status of all Planning, Zoning, Architectural, Engineering and Utility requirements that apply to the subject property.

• Establish the highest and best use of the subject property, and develop a marketing plan for the project's overall viability.

• Retain architectural and engineering services for plans and specifications, obtain the necessary entitlements (zoning, variances, special interest groups) to enable development of the subject property.

• Provide the necessary documentation for acquisition capital; secure financing for construction, and permanent financing. Manage construction for schedule and budget conformance.

Property Management &
Brokerage:

:: Create a project image to enhance marketing and leasing programs.

:: Contract with future tenants, provide maintenance & upkeep of the project during tenancy.

:: Prepare financial records to
properly reflect the project’s income and expenses.

:: Provide Brokerage assistance in the sale or acquisition of real property.
